Many UK cancer centers, out-patient units and hospices are providing complementary services.  It was stated that in 2009 that within the NHS, reflexology is used in 62% of cancer units as a supportive therapy with very few safety concerns as no adverse events have been highlighted in any of the studies while high rates of satisfaction are noted.
